After research it was apparent he majority of the arboriculture online community is found on Facebook so we maximised exposure of Först’s complete offering across this social channel with engaging and insightful messaging, positioning the manufacturer as a market leader and a company with its finger on the pulse regarding the needs of the industry.
By tapping into the conversations of the passionate arboriculture online community, Först quickly amassed 1,400 Facebook fans in a fortnight, already exceeding that of its competitors. Within 24 months, a Först community of more than 6500 arborists, tree surgeons and contractors has been built, with engagement levels far surpassing client expectations.
